Building an estimate

Estimates are on every plan, including Starter.

Building one

1. 1Open Estimates and choose New estimate.
2. 2Pick an existing customer — their email and address fill in — or add a new one from the top of the dropdown.
3. 3Add line items from your price list. The description and price come with them.
4. 4Send it.

The customer approving it

The email contains a link they can respond to. They do not need an account.

Approved to scheduled

An approved estimate converts into a job, carrying the customer, the address and the line items with it. Nothing is retyped.

Custom branding is on the Growth and Pro plans.
