Roles and what each one can see

Who sees everyone's work and who sees only their own.

The roles

Tech, dispatcher, manager, admin and owner. The dispatcher and manager roles are on the Growth and Pro plans; tech, admin and owner are on every plan.

What a tech sees

Their own jobs and their own time card. They do not see the whole team's schedule or anyone else's hours.

What manager and above see

Everyone's jobs and everyone's time cards. Adjusting a clock-in or clock-out time is limited to manager, admin and owner — a tech cannot edit their own hours.

Changing someone's role

Edit the person on the Team page. Promoting someone into dispatcher or manager needs the Growth plan or above.
