Recurring jobs

If you service the same property on a cycle — a weekly mow, a monthly treatment, a quarterly filter change — set the pattern once and the jobs appear on the calendar on their own. There is no limit on how many you can have.

Job templates

A template is a job you do often, saved with its services and its checklist. Starting from one means the description and the prices are already right. Templates are on the Growth and Pro plans.

Which to use

Recurring is about when the job happens. A template is about what the job contains. A lot of maintenance work uses both.

Changing one occurrence

Editing a job created from a recurring pattern changes that job only. The pattern carries on.
