Using the route map

A tech's day on a map, in driving order, with the time between stops.

The route map is on the Growth and Pro plans. It is also one of the panels you can keep on the dashboard.

Seeing a day

  1. 1Open the Route map.
  2. 2Choose a tech and a date.
  3. 3Their jobs appear as numbered pins with the route drawn between them.
  4. 4Use Fit route to zoom out to the whole day.

A job with no pin

A job whose address could not be matched to a location is listed beside the map rather than silently dropped. Usually the address needs a house number or a zip code.

Does it reorder my day?

No. It shows the driving order and the times. Moving a job is still your decision.
