Setting up your company

You can create a job within a minute of signing up, but doing these four things first saves you re-doing them later.

Set your timezone first

Everything dated in the app — today's schedule, the dashboard, pay periods — is worked out in your company's timezone. If it is wrong, 'today' will be wrong. It is in Settings.

Add your company details

1. 1Open Settings.
2. 2Enter your company name, phone and address. These appear on documents customers see.
3. 3Upload your logo and set your brand colours if you are on Growth or Pro.

Build your price list

Set up the services you sell and what they cost. This is the single highest-value setup step: once it is there, estimates, invoices and jobs fill their own prices and descriptions in. There is no limit on how many items you can have, on any plan.

Then add your crew

Invite the people who need to log in. Each one gets their own login and sees only what their role allows.
